Meet The Facilitators

Pranaamya
Psychotherapist | Group Analyst (in-training)

With over five years of experience, Pranaamya works with individuals and groups navigating complex emotional landscapes — from adolescents to adults, from quiet reflection to loud grief.

She brings creativity, group thinking, and gentleness into the spaces she holds, and is deeply interested in how we make meaning together — through community, through conversation, and through pause.

Naveli
Therapist | Community Space Holder

Naveli is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative therapist whose work is rooted in emotional awareness, safety, and softness.
Her focus is on helping people meet their emotions without shame to understand them, hold them, and move with them.
While she works one-on-one with clients, she’s equally passionate about building alternative spaces for healing and reflection, where people gather not to be fixed but to be seen.

FAQs

Is this group therapy?

Not quite. This is a facilitated group space for shared reflection — it’s therapeutic in nature, but not therapy itself.

Do I need to talk?

Not if you’re not ready. You’re welcome to simply listen and be present.

Can I bring my child?

Yes! We have a dedicated kids’ play area with staff supervision.

How many people will be there?

We’re keeping it small and intimate — around 10 to 15 participants.
